1.Pillar material
rustproof（防锈处理）Electrostatic powder spraying（静电粉末喷涂）
a.Material: galvanized pipes（镀锌管） aluminum pipes（铝管）
b.our company provides outdoor equipment products of electrostatic powder spraying surface treatment to ensure the pillar could be used in bad environments at long time without rust and high oxidation resistance, even in the case surface coating were destroyed.
b. Pillar size (thickness 3.0-3.2 mm, diameter 89mm, 114mm and 127mm.Only kids center series are 89mm.Space ship series, tree house series, pirate ship series are 127mm, other series are all 114mm.

2. Deck /platform（平台）material
a. Steel material, thickness 2.0mm/2.5mm
b. Cold-rolled steel technology（冷轧钢板）
c. Size 1165cm or 1220cm deck
d. Safety: Drill holes to drain off water（设置排水冲孔）, protect kids finger from injury, within US playgrounds safety standard ASTM and European playgrounds safety standard EN 1176 part 1.
e. Design: “X” shape at bottom of deck which bear weight and add weight-carrying ability.
f. Surface treatment: adopt electrostatic processing, anti-skidding（防滑） and anti-rust.（防锈） We adopt America advanced dipping PVC processing to ensure the fastness. Dipping thickness is around 4-5mm.Material of PVC is the best material imported from Germany.
3. Metal parts accessories (including steel, etc.)
a.Thickness 3.0mm？
b.Surface treatment: Prevent slippery treatment, electrostatic spraying.
c. Material: adopt international high quality standard specification 3.0mm thickness galvanization. Ensure safety and intensity. Surface treatment: electrostatic slippery spraying on galvanization tube, plus surface heat treatment and electrostatic non-toxic powder coating that prolong protection coatings life, prevent the metal from oxidation.
c. Discoloration: powder coating materials added anti-ultraviolet stabilizer, keep the colors long and bright.
4. Plastic parts accessories
a.Engineering plastic add anti-ultraviolet stability and electrostatic preventing agent
b.Surface treatment: molded surface
c.Adopt imported Samsung or New Zealand CONTENE use COMPOOUND professional technology, mixed color powder and polyethylene material, that the color and substrate can be inseparable while roll-plastic production. In this way, the anti-ultraviolet, anti-fade, static and so on elements will not lose in long time. It is different from some factories that only mix color powder with polyethylene material. Color will not fade in 3 to 5 years, uvioresistant color fastness achieve 8 levels.
d. Mould surface treatment: adopt molded surface processing, show high quality feeling and anti-scrape.
5. Fasteners
Stainless steel semicircle head or T flat screw. Surface treatment: mechanical polishing.
There is a special design on screw hole which makes it is difficult to loosen, preventing adjust the function arbitrary and guard against theft.
6. Clip ring
a.Aluminum alloy material.
b.Adopt mechanical polishing surface treatment. After polishing the surface, we adopt electrostatic powder coating treatment.
